Cosmic 04:39
We slipped beneath the waves fell right thru the sky We landed in tomorrow a cosmic lullaby Down this mystic path in these mystic woods there is a mystic house with a mystic room With beams of purple light coloring the night Cross dimensional Space delight Unconventional fun tonight And we slipped beneath the waves fell right thru the sky We landed in tomorrow a cosmic lullaby Down this mystic path in these mystic woods there is a mystic house with a mystic room Beams of purple light Coloring the night Cross dimensional Space delight Unconventional fun tonight

Time was slipping The house keeps breathing everything's alive... Fourth dimension my comprehension is that it really does exist More than a feeling, more than believing Simple words cannot describe Moonbeam sunshine illumination There's an angel shining thru the trees We're on the road, We're on the run, Put down the sadness and start up the fun We start walking in the forest Following the moon We feel connected to the motion of the life and the wind of the trees So when you see me in the morning and I'm looking for the great divine and when you feel me when you're thinking you should know that I'm really there

Sun Came Up 03:51
The sun came up on another very weird day The sun came up its not dragging me down Nothings falling away And i look to the sky where the bluebirds flew by and i dreamed i was walking alone And i said to the trees with the winds and its breeze Can you please fly me home? And the moon came up on another weird day And the moon came up its not dragging me down Nothing's falling away And I fall back asleep with the creatures that creep in the house in the woods in the snow And i look to the stream where the moonlight still gleams where the water rushes below And I fall to the ground hear the roar of sounds as the water trickles above And I drift thru the stars as I'm dreaming afar and i float away for good.. The sun came up on another very weird day The sun came up its not dragging me down Nothings falling away. And I open my eyes i look up to the skies it was time to go Home

Oh, where have you been, my blue-eyed son? Oh, where have you been, my darling young one? I've stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains I've walked and I've crawled on six crooked highways I've stepped in the middle of seven sad forests I've been out in front of a dozen dead oceans I've been ten thousand miles in the mouth of a graveyard And it's a hard, and it's a hard, it's a hard, and it's a hard And it's a hard rain's a-gonna fall Oh, what did you see, my blue-eyed son? Oh, what did you see, my darling young one? I saw a newborn baby with wild wolves all around it I saw a highway of diamonds with nobody on it I saw a black branch with blood that kept drippin' I saw a room full of men with their hammers a-bleedin' I saw a white ladder all covered with water I saw ten thousand talkers whose tongues were all broken I saw guns and sharp swords in the hands of young children And it's a hard, and it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard And it's a hard rain's a-gonna fall And what did you hear, my blue-eyed son? And what did you hear, my darling young one? I heard the sound of a thunder, it roared out a warnin' Heard the roar of a wave that could drown the whole world Heard one person starve, I heard many people laughin' Heard the song of a poet who died in the gutter Heard the sound of a clown who cried in the alley And it's a hard, and it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard And it's a hard rain's a-gonna fall Oh, who did you meet, my blue-eyed son? Who did you meet, my darling young one? I met a young child beside a dead pony I met a white man who walked a black dog I met a young woman whose body was burning I met a young girl, she gave me a rainbow I met one man who was wounded in love I met another man who was wounded with hatred And it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard It's a hard rain's a-gonna fall Oh, what'll you do now, my blue-eyed son? Oh, what'll you do now, my darling young one? I'm a-goin' back out 'fore the rain starts a-fallin' I'll walk to the depths of the deepest black forest Where the people are many and their hands are all empty Where the pellets of poison are flooding their waters Where the home in the valley meets the damp dirty prison Where the executioner's face is always well-hidden Where hunger is ugly, where souls are forgotten Where black is the color, where none is the number And I'll tell it and think it and speak it and breathe it And reflect it from the mountain so all souls can see it Then I'll stand on the ocean until I start sinkin' But I'll know my song well before I start singin' And it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard, it's a hard It's a hard rain's a-gonna fall

I wanna say to my sisters and my brothers Keep the faith When the storm flies and the wind blows Go on at a steady pace When the battle is fought and the victory's won We can all shout together we have overcome We'll talk to the Father and the Son When we make it to the promised land If we walk together little children We don't ever have to worry Through this world of trouble We gotta love one another Let us take our fellow man by the hand Try to help him to understand We can all be together forever and ever When we make it to the promised land Our bible reads Thou shall not be afraid Of the terror by night Nor the arrow that flies by day Nor for the pestilence That waiteth in the darkness Nor for the destruction That waiteth in the noon-day hour If we walk together little children We don't ever have to worry Through this world of trouble We gotta love one another Let us take our fellow man by the hand Try to help him to understand We can all be together forever and ever When we make it to the promised land This world is not our home We're only passing through Our trail is all made up Way beyond the blue Let us do the very best that we can While we're travelin' through this land We can all be together shakin' a hand When we make it to the promised land If we walk together little children We don't ever have to worry Through this world of trouble We gotta love one another Let us take our fellow man by the hand Try to help him to understand We can all be together forever and ever When we make it to the promised land When we make it to the promised land Make it to the promised land (Sisters) Make it to the promised land (Little children) Make it to the promised land Make it to the promised land (Children) Make it to the promised land We can all be together forever and ever When we make it to the promised land Walk together little children We won't ever have to worry Through this world of trouble We gotta love one another Let us take our fellow man by the hand Try to help him to understand We can all be together forever and ever When we make it to the promised land We can all be together forever and ever When we make it to the promised land

about

Alternate universes and imaginary realities from a cosmic house in the woods..

Album title from "Maniacs in the fourth Dimension" by Kilgore Trout, within "Slaughterhouse-Five" by Kurt Vonnegut.

These 78 minutes, over 19 songs were pulled from the 4th Dimension, layered with guitars, drums, bass, and other instruments. Produced perfectly non-perfect. Brown notes, off beats and noise are my friends. Without them, the other 18 songs could not have been freed..

Tracks 1-6 are original instrumentals.

Tracks 7-11 feature spoken word by Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Aldous Huxley, Kurt Vonnegut, Terrence McKenna, Ken Kesey

Tracks 12-19 are originals featuring singing (mostly) and Includes a cover of "Hard Rain is Gonna Fall" by Bob Dylan and "Sisters and Brothers" by Jerry Garcia Band. Yes, I'm aware I'm not a great singer....

Original Artwork by Mike Dubois and Renee French. All rights reserved by them. I used Google deep dream generator to mix several images, then merged pieces of art together to create a new context.

Recorded, mixed and mastered using a Tascam DP32 32 track digital recorder. Transferred using Audacity.
